US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

I will ship anywhere in the US. Shipping rates will vary from the flat commission rate for states and territories outside the continental US. Shipping can be fulfilled through USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are variable for merchandise.

For commissions, a flat rate of $8.95 is charged. Commissions are sent in a media mailer to ensure they arrive intact. If your painting arrives damaged, please reach out directly to me at pawsandclawsartco@gmail.com

RETURNS FOR COMMISSIONS

I do not offer returns on commissions. I do offer a rework if you are unsatisfied with your painting. Rework fees apply. Rework fees include shipping and a new painting fee. This may or may not be equal or more than the original cost. I hold full discretion of pricing for rework. Pricing is based on time complexity of the painting.

RETURNS ON HANDMADE GOODS

I do not offer returns on handmade goods. Handmade goods include pins, paintings, and commissions. Please see FAQs or policy above for returns for commissions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR NON HANDMADE ITEMS

Returns or exchanges can be made for items that are not handmade. Items that currently quality for a return or exchange are T-shirt. Due to the low price for keychains and stickers, returns or exchanges are not possible. Please process a return or exchange for a T-Shirt via the returns portal.
